P.B. Transtech
The Challenge
P.B. Transtech is a Pune-based authorized partner for 80+ world-class industrial brands, including Regal Rexnord and Gates, supplying couplings, timing belts, clutches, brakes and power transmission products to 14 industries, from steel and sugar to oil & gas and mining. Despite a strong product portfolio and an experienced leadership team, the business depended almost entirely on offline relationships and referrals. With no professional website, new buyers had no way to find them, verify their brand partnerships, or browse their product range online.
The Opportunity
Industrial buyers and procurement teams increasingly research suppliers online before they make contact. A credible, well-structured website that showcased P.B. Transtech's brands, product range and industry expertise could turn online searches into direct enquiries and open the door to customers beyond their existing network, in India and internationally.
The Strategy
We designed and developed a credibility-first B2B website built around what industrial buyers look for: proof of authorized brand partnerships, a clear product catalogue, the industries served, and an easy way to request a quote. Every page was planned to build trust quickly and move visitors toward an enquiry, a call, or a brochure download.
The Execution
- Custom website design and development reflecting P.B. Transtech's brand and positioning
- Dedicated Brands section showcasing 80+ global partners such as Regal Rexnord, Gates, Norma and others
- Product pages for couplings, timing belts and power transmission products
- Industries We Serve section covering 14 sectors, each with a Get a Quote call to action
- Lead capture built in: Send Enquiry forms, click-to-call, quote requests and brochure downloads
- Gallery, About Us and Contact pages to build trust and credibility
- SEO-ready structure with a blog to target industrial buyer searches in India and international markets such as Africa
- Mobile-responsive, fast-loading build
The Results
The Impact
Once P.B. Transtech went online, the website became a key channel for new business. Buyers who could now find the company, see its brand partnerships and browse its products online began reaching out directly, driving ₹10 crore (~$1.2M) in business growth after establishing its online presence.
What Made It Work
A website built for B2B trust, not just looks: brand partnerships, product range and industry expertise were front and centre. Clear calls to action on every page (enquiry, call, quote, brochure) made it easy for serious buyers to get in touch. An SEO-ready structure and blog extended reach to buyers searching online, including in international markets.
